Frequiently asked questions
It all depends on where you're staying. We can deliver to any house or resort.
• Your property manager may meet you and take you to the house where we can have the cart/carts waiting.
• We can meet you when you arrive on a ferry or by private boat and you can make your way to your house with your cart.
• You can also pick up the carts at our office in the Hope Town Canvas building.
MOST IMPORTANTLY - CALL US WHEN THE FERRY IS LEAVING MARSH HARBOUR TO CONFIRM THE TIME TO MEET YOU! 1-242-817-7240
• Our carts are all electric and will need charging occasionally (usually every2-3 days or when the gague on the dashboard gets to 60%)
• Check with your property manager about an outlet you can plug into. The charger is built in so you haev an extension cord in teh back of the cart. You just need to plug it in like an appliance.
• If you're staying in town or don't have a place to charge the cart. You can always charge it at our office. Just let us know and we cna arrange to get you access through the gate.
